Need a similar concept to scriptlance.com

Right, i'm looking for a similar script to script lance / freelance scripts out there, i have had the idea of a job posting board for forum posters i have the domain

www.PaidForumPosts.com and would like to develop on it, i personally dont want to do forum posting but would like to give people the opportunity to request forum posters and people BID for the job..

What you think and know of any scripts?

just make a forum where you hire people, or if you want i can help you, i can code you a usersystem where you make staff accounts and there's a list of offers where your users can click on and claim post then change the the status of weather they are posting or done.

Then, it ads the correct amount to the database for them and you pay them manually but i'd charge to make this all :P

A simpler solution could be built with any web-based database management system, but the rest is really something for an individual software development project - don't know an out of the box solution that clones such complex sites like scriptlance.com
