AJAX: Building a simple form that link to MySQL

I plan to create a family website where every family members can store their contact details such as name, address, phone number, spause, children and all information related with family. If the site can view family tree would be better. Anyone can help or shoot a suggestions please.

You may have a look at some out-of-the-box web database solutions like EasyData (http://www.sunnyscript.com/PerlCGI/EasyData/index.htm), but it depends upon the final features you want to get implemented whether or not it makes sense for you using it.

whats your budget for this, you may wish to post on this forum asking for some development, or go to scriptlance or other freelance companies to create this for you.
