5. Don't post links to:
   -Warez/Cracks/Serial applications/ or porn sites (or any other illegal materials)
6. Use "Search" before posting. There is no need to have several topics with the same content.
7. Always post in appropriate forum.

Which basically means you can comment on peoples ideas, as constructive criticism, but don't post negative comments about people.
