Do you think its good to book nice .mobi domains now. Is it worth to book these domains?

Not much if you do not have special mobile site only. Besides it's much more efforts to enter .mobi name using mobile phone numeric keyboard than dot com.
wap.yourname.com, m.yourname.com has been much more common.
