yes, there have been many great reviews of Hostgator and its services they offer, i would strongly recommend them (even though i haven't used them myself) but every person i've dealt with who uses hostgator has said how wonderful they are. I will no doubt be using them when my hosting on my server expires, and i'm in need of a new hosting provider.

Quick addon:, if you are new to online business, i do suggest you go to hostgator for your hosting, and godaddy.com for your domains, they are the best in there field with customer support.

Hostgator is a great company to work with if you are going to be doing low level traffic. I like them for that, however, I use Site5 for all my high level traffic sites. They manage the sever loads much better, and Host gator has the problem of wayyyy too many sites on each server. Site5 does not.
