ASP.NET Coder\Designer required for bidding site

Hi,

I currently have an idea for a UK wide bidding website. I myself work in IT in the banking industry and am a proficient ASP.NET coder and website\UI designer. However I am looking for help to develop a contemporary, highly functional site that incorporates a degree of social networking and auctioneering, which will give 'power to the people' to buy and sell xxxxxxxxx successfully.

I would love to do this myself but the sheer volume of code and UI will make it very difficult. Therefore I would love to share the project with an equally mature, very proficient and creative designer\coder who ideally lives in the uk and is looking for an opportunity to flex their brain, take some risk and give up some time !

I'm not asking for any monetary investment. I am looking for time, brains, honesty and commitment towards a user-heavy, technical ASP\VB based website - starting at a 20% share in the business in the first year of commitment, rising to 30% after 12 months.

I'm not pretending to be an expert money maker, just someone with a good idea who wants to find someone with the ability and interest to make it work ! So I will vet everyone appropriately.

Hello. I would love to get involved but have no IT skills! But I might be able to help with adding a bit of brain power if thats of interest. I'm a maths graduate and Ive spent 9 years in corporate finance at Deloitte.

Also, can I ask what sort of response you got to this ad? Like you, I've got a couple of ideas that need websites but want to find somebody that will build them in return for equity.
