I like trendmicro, though as most people do, I run an AV program resident on my machine.

I've learned to loathe Norton, did the free AVG for a good long time, then switched to Kaspersky. Liked kaspersky, (seems like you have to pay to get a real thorough AV service) but a friend told me about NOD32 from eset.

I did some comparison research, as it's always been an annoyance to me how many AV programs rob you of system resources in order to do what they're supposed to do.

I'm now running NOD32 and wow.. you barely know it's there, and it seems really effective, and not a bad price at all. More than worth it.

I always prefer mcafee.com for virus scanning.
