Reply With QuoteI don't think there should be any problem, but you should make sure that your directory is well moderated and you keep a good check on spammy links which could cause you problems.
A lot of outbound links could be problematic, are you asking for a reciprocal link on your website or not, but even then if it's restricted to a certain part of your website then I find it unlikely it'll be a problem.

Directory List
Hello everybody! I am here with some queries for all of you. I have recently integrated a PHP directory to my site because it seems harmless to me. In fact I find it great in keeping traffic at a very reasonable rate into my site. But almost all of my friends are denying the fact. They insist that I shall face problems in future with main directories as well as search engines like Yahoo, Google and MSN. But still I cannot agree with this fact. What is your view? Please let me know as soon as possible. I am confused.
