Finding quality domaines for your niche/website
Apr 18, 2023 - 12:25 PM - by admin
Are all the good domains gone?
yeh, they were snapped up in the 1990's/early 2000's but theres still hope for people who want to get started online, you can still buy marketable domains. The key to the internet is the search engines, most people use the search engines to find your website, unless you have a generic domain such as shopping.com and cars.com etc etc when you will get type in traffic to these.
So what people these days need to learn and do is SEO, but finding the right... [Read More]

Is the U.S.A. attractive country for entrepreneurs?

Why are there a lot of successful entrepreneurs in the US???
Intel, eBay, Yahoo and Google... when I think about successful company
which was established by famous entrepreneurs, most of them are located in the US.
Even though I am not in the US, I am still able to find many books which
focus on American entrepreneurs as successful case study!
I really would like to know what factors that America has attract entrepreneurs and make them succeed!!!
PLEASE give your point of view!!!

Hello, tomohiro, the fact i belive america has more successful entrepreneurs might be due to the fact of there size, compared with britain, they have great help programs like score.org, but it would be interesting to see the ratio of successful entrepreneurs in the US, compared to successful entrepreneurs in the UK. But the UK has some great entrepreneurs around.

In my opinion, USA is a country which encourage people to make successful business. The main reason behind this is the open door policy provided by the government of that country. However, there are also other factors which are responsible for achieving success in business.

Re: Is the U.S.A. attractive country for entrepreneurs?

Its all to do with supporting infrastructure...
That involves a great deal of freedom, liberal laws.
An affluent market, there are buyers.
Political stability.
And that if you need an input to your business, you'll find it.

Now I'll give you an example of why my country sucks...
Years ago, even before PayPal, I thought it would be a good idea.
So I spent a fortune and developed it over 2 years.
All good... now watch how an entrepreneur gets screwed up in another country.
I tried to start... got a phone call, you not allowed to do it, its against the law... why, you will be messign with the money supply.
OK, so how do I get around this... well you pay this gov official and that gov official and you need to become a bank.
How much for all that... you need about 20 million dollars.
SCREWED.
Then I saw PayPal start and wanted to puke when I heard it started in a garage.
Example of inputs... I thought at one stage that ok I just need to partner with a bank... there are only four banks, and they a cartel.
By the time you have tried, you just give it away anyway.
I also tried to get funding and get the business out of the country.
Not ONE seed capital firm in the country.

There are less hurdles to jump in the states... if I was american, Gates would be number 2
Nice weather here

Now I have another idea...
A Distributed OS - http://coolharbor.100free.com/index.htm
My chances of getting this going from Africa... slim

You not really free in many other countries... free means many things.
If you a real entrepreneur, get yourself into the US asap, my advice.
